Do you ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely! We use Priority Mail International.
What's the deal with the sizing?
Most of our items are marked Small, Medium or Large. Sizing can vary considerably depending on the item, so we usually include measurements as well. Please feel free to email us with your usual dress size if you're not sure which size to order. We're happy to help!
How can I view the status of my order?
Just go to the Contact page and enter your confirmation number into Order Tracking.
What are your shipping costs?
If you're in the U.S. you can view an estimate of shipping costs when you add an item to the shopping cart. Shipping costs will vary for our international buyers. The shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
When will I get my cute new things?!
We ship Monday-Friday and there is an order processing time of 1-2 days. We use Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days within the U.S. International delivery times will vary.
What is your return policy?
We accept unworn items with the tags still attached within 30 days of the purchase date minus the cost of shipping. Please fill out the form on the back of your invoice and ship the item back to us. The form is the only way we know who you are - so please don't forget!
If you'd like to exchange something for another size, please email us as soon as possible so we can set aside your requested size for you. You don't want someone else to snag the last one!

We take Visa and Mastercard through our site. American Express and other types of payment can be made through Paypal.
